Present wirelessly on an i3 screen You can share your MacBook screen wirelessly to an i3 ELM 2 classroom screen using i3 AllSync or Apple’s built-in Screen Mirroring. Before you start Turn on the i3 screen. Connect your MacBook to the same ISB network as the classroom screen. Make sure the screen is showing the AllSync presentation screen. Do not share confidential information with the wrong classroom display. Method 1: Use Mac Screen Mirroring On the i3 screen, open the Present or AllSync tile. On your MacBook, open Control Center from the menu bar. Select Screen Mirroring. Select the classroom i3 screen. Enter the four-digit PIN shown on the i3 screen, if requested. Your MacBook screen should now appear on the i3 screen. Method 2: Use the AllSync app Open the AllSync presentation screen on the i3 display. Note the display name or PIN shown on the screen. Open the AllSync app on your MacBook. Select the classroom display. Enter the PIN if requested. Select Start sharing or Play. If AllSync is not installed on your MacBook, use Screen Mirroring or contact ISB IT for the approved installation method. Stop sharing Open Control Center on your MacBook. Select Screen Mirroring. Select Stop Screen Mirroring. You can also stop sharing from the AllSync controls on the i3 screen. If it does not work Confirm that the MacBook and i3 screen are on the same ISB network. Confirm that the AllSync presentation screen is open. Check the PIN carefully. Turn Screen Mirroring off and on again. Restart the AllSync app. Use a USB-C or HDMI cable instead. Contact IT and include the classroom number and MacBook name. Important Wireless presentation is best for slides, documents, and short demonstrations.
