Turn the i3 screen on or off

Turn the screen on

1. Press the screen's power button or use the remote control.button.
2. Wait for the display to start.
3. Select the required input or home screen.
4. If the display remains blank, see Troubleshoot common problems.

Turn the screen off

1. Save your work in the whiteboard or any open application.
2. Disconnect your laptop if you no longer need it connected.
3. PressLong-press the power button once.button.
4. Confirm the shutdown prompt if one appears.prompt.

Do not unplug the screen while it is running unless IT has instructed you to do so.

If the screen does not respond

• Press the power button once and wait.

• Check whether the power indicator is lit.

• Try the remote control if the button is not responding.

Contact IT if the screen still does not start.

If the screen is on, but unresponsive:

Long-press the power button. Confirm the shutdown prompt.
