Zoom Configuration

  1. Make sure youthe closedZoom Zoom.appapplication is closed.
  2. Update or install zoomZoom via the self-serviceSelf-Service applicationPortal (ISB Logo)

  1. Once installed, go to System Preferences and select Security & Privacy

  1. Then click on Privacy, Microphone and make sure that that zoom.us is ticked.  (this needs to be done to be able to mute your microphone)

  1. Do the same thing for the Screen Recording setting. (This will allow you to share your screen)

  1. Finally, you can open zoomcan open Zoom and you should be ready for your zoomZoom meetings
